I felt very unsafe in this place. Especially when someone was trying to get into the room from the garden side door. Dodgy as and staff seemed very unaware and uncaring when I've tried to talk about being broken in to.

The apartment was clean but there was damage which was worrying as they took a $200 deposit which they didn't release for 7 days so we had to take photos of existing damage. The sofa in the living room was very hard and uncomfortable also the bed sheets were all crinkled and not ironed . The worst part was the swimming pool which was dirty green and looked like an avocado smoothy which was extremely disappointing; because we had walked all round Perth, it was an extremely hot day and we would have had a swim if it hadn't been so dirty.

Miserable staff, small room, small bathroom, flat pillows, bed was very uncomfortable, crumpled sheets, rock hard, uncomfortable settee, the "pool" was full of algae and green so unable to use for duration of stay, paid $200 bond per room, not yet refunded! If you stay here, take photos of everything in the room as they will try and keep your bond, oh, and keep the noise down after 9 pm or you will loose your bond as you break the 9pm quiet time curfew. No where near a 3* apartment, Terrible, Terrible. I do not recommend these apartments, look for something else!!

I have had numerous stays at this apartments and everytime I have had friendly helpful service. The apartments are always clean and fresh. Sometimes a small language barrier thou never far of another staff who can translate or intervene. Plenty of parking and that swimming pool was a pleasant delight in the shade of the afternoons. Keep up the good work & see you soon!!

Absolutely appalled by the level of service I received yesterday. I made a booking via *********** 4 weeks ago, rang to make sure the room will be available to check in at mid day and was told if should be ok. Arrived at 12 and was told I can't get in the room just yet, I had a music festival to attend in the hills and at 430 received a email saying my room had been cancelled. The manager knew I was unable to get back until midnight, I called and he said everything is fine. Got to the room at midnight and the after hours person told me I didn't have somewhere to stay. I live in Margaret River so was stuck in Perth and had to sleep in my car. Disgusting level of service and do not stay here, they are unprofessional and do not care at all about their customers, she even laughed at me. What a joke of a accommodation provider, worst experience I've ever had.
