Relatively safe district to stay in Paris. There are convenience stores near by, but a bit far from main attraction points - 20 mins of Uber ride. Good service, we checked in relatively late but there were still friendly staff to help. Poor cleanliness however, they have not cleaned the dirt on the floor.

The location is average. It's a bit far from the center of Paris, but if you want to transfer, it's quite recommended if it's cheap, convenient and clean.

I went through the check-in procedure in a confusing manner in French and English, but the man at the counter was very kind and thorough.
It was very helpful for me to keep my luggage with me on the day I returned.
