GGuest UserFeedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. EErnaniWe recently stayed overnight at SEDA Manila Bay, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Here’s my review: Check-in Process: The check-in was smooth and efficient. The staff at the front desk was welcoming and professional. They explained everything clearly, including the amenities and breakfast options. Room Quality: The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the linens smelled fresh. I appreciated the attention to detail, such as the complimentary bottled water, tea/coffee set, and toiletries. However, I did notice a slight humming noise from the air conditioning unit, which might be bothersome for light sleepers. Amenities: The hotel offered great amenities for an overnight stay. I made use of the free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable. The gym was small but had all the essentials for a quick workout. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked clean and inviting. Food: I had dinner at the in-house restaurant, and the food was delicious, albeit slightly pricey. The breakfast buffet the next morning had a good variety, catering to both local and international tastes. Service: The service was top-notch! The staff were friendly, accommodating, and prompt with their responses. But when I requested for a glass replacement due too crack upon check-in on the room they just noted and never replace it. Overall Experience: I’d rate my stay an 8.5/10. It was a restful and enjoyable experience, perfect for a short getaway. The only minor issue was the air conditioning noise, but that didn’t overshadow the excellent service and comfort the hotel provided. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would consider staying here again.

MMaCE 11Enjoyed everything about our stay ❤️❤️❤️. From the booking procedure (they're very organized ☺️) Also, very open about what to expect upon checking in. And when we arrived, to much of my delight - we were very much assisted with parking in the basement up to our luggage handling ❤️. We chose their Junior Suite which came up with a balcony, 2 rooms, a living room, dining & kitchen with induction cooker and water heater (microwave oven is subject to availability and bring your own rice cooker) and two separate toilet & bath. In addition, what made our stay more memorable is that we got the chance to see the beautiful fireworks🎉🎉🎉 of MOA's last pyromusical event from our balcony in which you can also see the river, Diokno & Macapagal Avenues ☺️❤️ Lastly, the location - I so love it's approximity to Parqal, MOA & Ayala Mall by the Bay. There's also a nearby catholic church and areas where you can walk or jog ☺️ I also want to commend the housekeeping & utility men for assisting us during our needs ❤️ My group enjoyed a lot in their huge and clean swimming pool (they have 2 big pools) surrounded beautifully landscaped garden. They also have a gym, a basketball court and a ktv area ( to be coordinated). During the time we checked in, they're still working on their restaurant. They allow food and drinks from outside. LLi PinCheck-In: The check-in process was quick and efficient. The lobby also has comfortable seating, which is great when waiting for a Grab or transport. Room: I loved the room’s Japanese-inspired design—it was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. The only drawback was the air conditioning, which was tricky to adjust, making the room either too cold or too warm at times. Mini Bar: The mini bar was well-stocked with complimentary soft drinks, beer, cup noodles, and chips. You only need to pay if you request additional items, which was a nice touch. Restroom: The restroom was clean, though I noticed an unpleasant odor when I returned to the room on the second night. Breakfast: The hotel offers two breakfast options: à la carte at the restaurant by the pool on Level 1 or a buffet at the Hyatt Regency next door. On the second morning, we opted for the à la carte breakfast by the pool, but the food was quite average. The portion control—one drink and one meal per person—felt limiting, and there were flies around, which affected the experience. On the third morning, we tried the breakfast buffet at the Hyatt Regency, and it was much better. The selection was more extensive, with salads, fresh fruit, an egg station, Filipino dishes, and cereals. However, accessing the buffet involves walking through the casino, which can be unpleasant due to the smell of cigarette smoke. Alternatively, you can request a shuttle from the hotel, which drops you at the back entrance to avoid the casino. Location: The hotel’s location is convenient, connecting to the casino and some nearby eateries. However, I didn’t enjoy having to pass through the casino often, as it could be crowded and smoky. On the plus side, Ayala Mall is just a 5-8 minute walk away, offering good shopping and dining options

JJj FelizardoPositive Feedback: I enjoyed my stay at Sequoia Hotel, especially because the room was spacious and perfect for families. The addition of a sofabed was a great touch and added to the comfort of the space. Negative Feedback: Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the pool. It had a noticeable smell and seemed to lack proper maintenance, which made it less enjoyable. Reason for Booking: I chose this hotel for its convenient location. It's walking distance to City of Dreams, where I work and perform as a singer at night. Special Occasion: We also celebrated my papa's birthday during our stay, which made it even more memorable.

NNilo12It has been my 2nd time at Kingsford Hotel. On my second stay I requested to have at least city view. But according to the lobby staff the booked room are basically on location that has no city view. Additionally I was not able to use the e-kettle because the power source was not match with the socket( if that is correct term).

RRijeshWe have stayed two night with family and observe few funny smart things 1. The Ac default setting around 17 deg ,so cool and unable to change the setting. I think this is done purposly to avoid using AC and force to use sealing fan ( electricity saving , no use for gust) 2. Bed lamp is so big like a street light just above the bed, how can use it ? So bright after turn on. This also basically setup purposly .this way to avoid using light at night and can save electricity. Over all nothing can use , just sleep on bed and check out😁😁😁

AAngelica EranaDuring our stay, there was a typhoon, which caused an electricity outage and the elevator to stop for a few minutes. Unfortunately, we were inside the elevator at the time. However, the building staff were very attentive and kept us calm while we were stuck. The host was also very accommodating and replied immediately whenever we needed help or had questions. The room had a great view, right in front of the pool, and we could see the sunset perfectly. The room was also good, very relaxing, and equipped with all the necessary appliances.

GGuest UserThis is an affordable hotel, suitable for a very short stay. The environment is noisy, so bring ear plugs to help deal with the noise from the airconditioner and vehicles outside. My room had a lot of ants and they are inside my bag and on my clothes, so prepare yourself for that. I can feel the ants crawling all over me when I held my bag at the airport.
