Outstanding
RRestless in Hong KongOur first time staying at Parisian and it won’t be our last. We booked a deluxe room with king size bed. The room was huge and equipped with the usual amenities like toothbrush, slippers etc. We asked for a bucket of ice and it was promptly brought to us though it was past 10pm. We arrived early and left our luggage at the concierge as we wanted to be at Galaxy Arena for J-Hope concert. This hotel is a 8-10 minute walk to Galaxy Arena. Very convenient and connect to the mall with food court and other shopping and also connected via covered walkway to Londoner and Venetian. Upon check out, we could store our luggage at their huge baggage area, retrieving the luggage was a breeze. There is free shuttle to Taipa Ferry Pier as well. Highly recommended this hotel if you are attending a concert at Galaxy Arena. It may not be as close as Galaxy Hotel or Andaz, but it is cost friendly. Very important when you already fork out a lot for concert tickets.
RRovina MayOur experience was wonderful! We went to waterpark and dine at the new restaurant in the lobby. Staff were friendly and accommodating especially the housekeeping staff - Bryan - who delivered our kid’s amenities request. He was very helpful and professional. Another housekeeping lady - Deanna - during the turndown was very friendly and professional. All the staff in the lobby restaurant were also friendly and nice to us. They accommodate our request for my kid like providing the baby chair and cookies instead of just the complimentary bread.
GGuest UserYou can forget about early checkin. Could only preregister strictly after 1230pm and had to come back for room key collection from 3pm onwards. The hotel requires 1000HKD for room deposit. We requested for twin beds but was informed there would be additional charges unlike other establishments who not only accommodated to our requests but they also did their best to make our stay memorable. Honestly we expected better service for the price paid. Wouldn’t consider staying here again when we could get better service elsewhere.
KKevin The DjI don’t know what to say ………
The hotel was Fabulous. I can’t get over my stay .
Thanks to the Guy who upgraded a normal room to marvelous Suite and we had a fantastic experience.
Looking forward to visit again . Hope the suite prices are good next time so I can grab a deal 😅😅
Overall great experience.
Thanks for the Cake Guys . Must appreciated
Happy Hour at 40th floor . 6-9 was amazing too.
CCLYThe hotel is grand. Because I went at the peak time, the room rate I paid was 3 times more expensive than low season. It’s a casino hotel. In late afternoon or evening, it’s very crowded and congested. The room is clean but soaked with a mold smell, not very serious but for someone with allergy, it might be an issue. The door cannot provide sound proof function. The other guests taking noise at the corridor or closure of other room’s door could be clearly heard. It’s a casino hotel and night life was vibrant. Be expected to be woken up by these noises several times after midnight even way passed the sleeping hours. The room is spacious and the famous Grand Canal shopping mall is close. If the room rate is low seasons price, it’s very good. But if is the peak seasons price, it might not worth it.
บบุษบาวรรณ กิจเสมอใจThe hotel‘s environment is so nice. The room is clean and comfortable for two night. The staff, Delia, Susie, and Leo are so helpful for the recommendation of the attractions and food around here. Will be back later 🥰
AAnonymous UserEverything was great except the receptionist at the counter was inattentive. She did not greet us with joy, also no eye contact and smile, and she answered our questions abruptly. In addition, some guests in the hotel were disrespectful and talked loudly in their rooms with doors opened.
SS BizWe enjoyed our stay. Kudos to Ms. Bela Deng for being kind, hospitable and literally being just by the door to attend to our housekeeping needs. The front desk, concierge and housekeeping team we're very kind and helpful too. We were given a compliementary cake to celebrate our anniversary.
We took the shuttle to Lisboa Palace and walk (around 10mins) to the hotel. There is a mall on the ground floor so we had lots of things to do like indoor skydiving and arcade games. The breakfast at Stanley Cafe had many choices and good. Angela's cafe is good for light breakfast.
Will book this hotel again in the future. It's perfect staycation for families with kids.
DDr.SrinivasDuring our recent stay at the Holiday Inn Macau, where we booked two rooms for three adults and one child, we had a delightful time. The hotel’s prime location made it easy for us to explore the vibrant surroundings and nearby attractions. Our accommodations were spacious and well-maintained, providing a cozy atmosphere for our family. The staff stood out with their warm hospitality, always ready to assist us with a smile. We were particularly impressed by the breakfast spread, which catered to various tastes and was enjoyable for both adults and children. My child loved the pool area, which offered a safe and entertaining environment to unwind. Overall, our experience at the Holiday Inn Macau exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it for families seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in this lively city.
