Stayed with family of 4 in connected room. Well ample space, large beds. The connected room has computer (game) stations which is a pleasant surprise (not suitable for younger kids nor without local mainland account to access).
Short walk of less than 10 minutes to shopping district and nearest metro station, less than 5 mins to main Xi Hu scenic spot.

Facilities: The hotel has been newly renovated, and the room I stayed in was in Building 1, which is novel and tasteful. There is a parking lot for convenience. The air conditioner in the room blows fast and the temperature is suitable. The garden inside is very quiet, the bathroom is dry and wet separated, and the TV screen is large with many programs. Hygiene: The room was clean and the amenities were complete.
Environment: The unique location on the West Lake, one minute to the dock, nearby subway and bus to the scenic area or East Station Airport are very convenient.
Service: The front desk manager, Mr. Li, provided excellent service. He greeted us warmly and proactively. There was a robot to help deliver items to our room. The experience was very good. I recommend staying here.

Hotel is just next to West Lake. Famous restaurant right outside the road. Many eateries and shops. The staffs are helpful and attentive. Highly recommended and value for money.

We had a great stay. It was a very close walk to west lake and convenient to shopping and the subway. The front desk staff were very helpful and spoke great English. I would stay again.

we checked in for a 3 nights stay in Hangzhou.
the location is strategically convinience with the West Lake on one side n the food shopping area on the other side all within walking distance.
the hotel room is spacious, clean and comfy with complimentary drinking water n beverage.
the lady hotel manager is friendly. she literally advices our 3 days itinerary which makes our stay enjoyable n relaxing.

We stay in the connecting room, the kids room has no window the bed size 120cm x 2 and the master bedroom has a king size bed. The location is superb few meters away from the west lake, shopping district and mals subway/metro. I will definitely come back to stay at Ren He while visiting HZ in the future

Great location. Subpar service from front desk managers in the night shift, not helpful at all. Service from all other staff was fantastic, especially the bell boy and staff organising private tours / transfers.
Changed rooms 3 times. First room stink of cigarettes, 2nd room was like an old budget hotel that had no safety deposit box, no towel rack, mouldy bathroom, badly patched sprinkler on the ceiling and worn down cabinetry, A/C was also broken. 3rd room had a broken door lock and 4th room was finally habitable.
Overall not a great experience but location was good.
