Hotel location are very good and easy access to Marshall, Nordstrom Mall. Nice restaurants nearby.
Gibsons Steak House are well known in this city and 10 mines walk from Residence Inn.
Hotel stuff are very friendly and helpful,
It is a nice experience for this stay.

Great location and spacious room. However, the bed is too soft and sags in the middle, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep.

This hotel was AMAZING! Everything was above and beyond. The rooms were stunning, staff was soooo helpful, and the continental breakfast was the best I have ever had! This is our new Chicago go to hotel!

This hotel was my favorite during the trip. Great location, lots of restaurants around. The room was new and big. The hygiene is also very good. Of course the staff are very nice. I'll stay here again if I come again.

Overall great experience, location is perfect, close to everything, shops, restaurants, attractions!! Not sure if this’ll help anyone, but for those who are planning to do valet parking (pricey), do be mindful of busy hours as it may require quite some time to get the car back! Would visit again!
